Welcome, my name is Nathan Spinks and I'm an Exercise Scientist and Health and Fitness coach.
I have been helping women reclaim their bodies, health and confidence back and have been researching and promoting science-based, no B.S fat loss and strength and conditioning techniques since 2016.
Through the comprehensive free content on my Social media and clients all over Australia, New Zealand and Europe I have helped hundreds of busy women from all over the world lose fat and completely transform their bodies, lives and mindset as they embrace the PWR GROUP lifestyle.
PWR GROUP is a completely individualised and customised coaching program. This complete step-by-step training, nutrition and accountability system teaches time-poor women how to achieve their ideal body in the fastest and easiest way possible without hype or gimmicks of any kind. I have dedicated a large percentage of my life to education, with the ultimate goal of being able to give the most compelling science-based information to help women like you who want to live their best lives.
